Introduction: I have many years experience in all phases of construction from foundation to roof.I have been an electrician for 24 years and have been doing remodel work, home repairs for the last 16 years. Have lived in Spokane my whole life, and have numerous references. I do all the work myself with one other helper ,so you don't have to have numerous contractors in and out of your home. I really love helping people with their home repair projects, and I take pride in myself and my work. I live a clean and sober life; therefore, I am always on time and always do what I say I'm going to!

We needed our chain link fence repaired after the November storm. After many quotes I found thumb tack and Goodman Home Repairs. Dan did a wonderful job, showed when he said he would and came under budget! I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Total remodel of bathroom. Replaced inner walls & changed from bathtub to a shower. Tiled walls and the floor. Awesome job!! Both Dan and Jake are great guys! Would recommend them to everyone.

I have a very difficult electrical problem of unknown origin. I explained the problem via E-mail and on the telephone. Dan quoted me a good price and told me he could fix it in short order. Dan arrived on time as promised. After working for approximately two hours, we were not able to fix the problem. As this was late afternoon he told me he would come back on Sunday with no additional charge. Amazing to find someone who still honors their word. Hopefully the problem will be found.
