- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a consultation to see the physical challenges and/or limitations. Body fat percentage as well as measurements and weight are taken. Medical history as well as goals and questions are gone over. A warm up as well as a short workout is done to see the capabilities, range of motion along with any limitations that may be present. Finally, pricing is talked over depending on how many days a week are needed for training.
