I had the immense pleasure of taking one of Annie's classes recently. I can honestly say it was the best class I've ever taken. Never once did I feel judged or self conscious, which I am very prone to feel. It was a new experience for me, one in which I wish to repeat as often as possible in the future. Annie's easy demeanor and polite instruction will guide you through your yoga journey effortlessly. She makes it so simple to look inside yourself and discover nuances within. Annie's presence is subtle, yet immediate enough to make you push yourself through the more difficult poses and come through the other side feeling accomplished and proud. Her gentle encouragement was more motivating than the usual internal nagging of my own brain which was silenced at the beginning of class by Annie's guidance. I will 100% be returning to Annie's classes as often as possible.

I don't even know where to start with this lovely lady! Annie is a natural, and her calming voice instantly relaxes me no matter what kind of day I'm having. Her class is a perfect mix of stillness and energizing movement. She is very in tune with her students and offers suggestions/options for all levels to be sure that everyone is engaged and comfortable. I always leave her class feeling so renewed, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Since I've been with Annie, it's hard for me to even attend classes with other teachers because there are no others out there quite like her.

I have had the pleasure of taking Annie's class for the past few months and have been quite impressed with her consistency over these months. She teaches with a very authentic and compassionate presence. Her knowledge of the postures and how to sequence them is also very impressive. Annie's classes flow with a great ease allowing the student to gain a deep sense of release and relaxation. I have been teaching yoga for 10 years and would recommend Annie to anyone who is looking for a deep and meaningful yoga practice.
