My rates are $25 for 30 minutes and $45 for 60 minutes (all rates are subject to change).

To say Davida is an amazing trainer would be the biggest understatement for 2017.She payed close attention to detail when asking about my goals and overall health. She doesn't give a general workout for all of her clients. They are strictly based on your level of fitness and goals during that time. My workout was the perfect blend because it challenged me without going beyond my abilities.I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family members her way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, there is a standard pricing system. Individual Training - 1/2 Hour Packages 1~Session: $25 5~Sessions: $120 10~Sessions: $240 20~Sessions: $475 Individual Training - 1 Hour Packages 1~ Session: $45 5~ Sessions: $220 10~ Sessions: $439 20~ Sessions: $880 For each additional person during each session add $10.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer consists of an initial evaluation where I identify the clients wants and needs. I measure for beginning body measurements. The client's eating habits and current exercise routines are also identified. Identification of current or past medical concerns are addressed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates of Science degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Fitness Training. I am currently certified in Senior Fitness, Exercise Therapy, Fitness Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, Youth Fitness Trainer, and Fitness Trainer.
