- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is clients or realtors that may need that one time cut, and we charge by Lot Size. There is also clients who choose to get on a monthly maintenance package to include weekly, or Bi-Weekly Lawn Care. Some Clients have the Company provide more than others. Pricing will always depend on lot size, and services the Client is requesting. We are very fair in pricing, but do "Quality Work". Our Established Clients know they can always call us with any changes or requests and we will make sure their lawn care needs are taken care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with a new Customer is important to me. I will answer any questions they have as it relates to the services we provide. All of my Customers know Operation Clean Cutz LLC gives them reliable, and affordable lawn care. The Customer is the foundation of any business success.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After traveling so much in my earlier career, I wanted to stay local to our community and provide a service that helps others. It's nice when a client calls me if they are not home when we service their property or shoots me a text message telling me their Yard looks great. That is satisfaction in operating a business. It's about taking care of your Clients.
