- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, but not always it's a 1/3rd contingency fee. This means I only get paid at the end of the case if I recover compensation or an award. It's usually 33.33% of the amount. I also usually advance the costs of the case which are reimbursed to me if we succeed in winning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. CLE (Continuing Legal Education) is required to continue to be an attorney. I take about 24 credits every 2 years. I also teach law classes to attorneys and students.
