Introduction: Taquara Rashida Felix has more than 5 years of teaching experience providing thorough educational lessons for the subjects of Spanish, science, and pre-algebra. During the first lesson, I always ask (adults/children) "What are some of your goals in taking lessons?" Knowing the clients' goals helps me make their lessons more relevant to them. It helps me tailor the student's curriculum in order to meet their goals.
My ambition and focus as a Spanish teacher is the desire to develop my students' interest and skills in the world of languages and culture. In addition, to also being a pre-algebra teacher and general science teacher, my goals are to provide students skills to contribute to the rapidly growing STEM fields where health and globalization intersect.

Taquara Felix professionalism and adequate teaching skills stand out the most. She taught me so much about the Spanish language and the culture behind it and broadening my understanding of who I am as a person. I look at her now as an amazing role model.

Ms. Felix is a great instructor. Possessing the institutional knowledge and cultural experiences allow her to provide wonderful contextual information. The amount of information that I have learned in my lessons more than satisfies the cost. She is also extremely prompt.
