- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies. Pricing depends on the amount of stumps, height and width of each stump as well as location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I acquire the name and address of a potential customer. In an effort to expedite the estimation process, I request the customer send a picture to my phone. For those who are not able to send a photo, I arrange an on-sight estimation often within 24 hours of the initial contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Notre Dame with a degree in finance and was the owner and proprietor of a full-service carwash and detail shop located in Michigan City, Indiana for over 30 years.
