- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the platform (ranging from basic payroll-HR), the number of employees, and the pay frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc). To ensure a prospective client is quoted accurately with the platform that best suits their needs, it is always best to set a time to speak either over the phone or in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am hands-on & up-front throughout the entire process.This entails setting clear expectations about the services provided and cost, helping the set-up/ implementation process go extremely smooth, and responding to any need a client of mine might have during or outside of business hours!
