My husband and I started working with Eduardo to get in better shape for our wedding but it turned out to be much more! We live a healthier lifestyle now and actually look forward to our workouts with Eduardo! He makes them fun and entertaining and is always looking for ways to add new moves/ activities! We can tell he puts in a lot of effort and time outside of our sessions with him to make sure we have the best workout! Eduardo also challenges himself to continue learning more about personal training and seems to be earning new certifications all the time! Even with neck and back injuries, Eduardo knows how to best target specific muscles to strengthen our weak areas and we feel much better. Everything Eduardo has us doing is purposeful and has transformed our bodies. He is also extremely personal and we love spending time with him! We have had wonderful results and even post-wedding have decided to continue training with Eduardo. Thanks, Eduardo!

Eduardo is a professional, in every sense of the word, fitness trainer. To give my short story, I had felt like my fitness plateaued. I was not seeing results on my own. Part of my challenge was a lack of knowledge and understanding on fitness. The second struggle for me was commitment and motivation. I think everyone on some level seeks and desires to be healthy. Following through and seeking out that fitness and health was the reason I started with a trainer and Eduardo specifically. Right from the start, we set and created obtainable goals as well as set our expectations for each other and laid out a game plan to get there. He was also very flexible with my schedule. Aside from Eduardo’s knowledge on fitness, he helped keep me accountable. This helped keep me motivated and kept my head in the game which was something I needed to reach my fitness goals. Eduardo introduced me to a whole new style of exercise. Every session has been new and refreshing. We would revisit past exercises but modify or intensify as needed. He kept me on my toes and was very resourceful when it came to equipment and space to use. There was never a dull moment from the start to finish of a workout. I was seeing serious results, and noticed a difference in strength within 2 weeks. That alone was motivating because I was seeing progress. Along with strength, my flexibility, and energy levels greatly increased. If you are looking to get results fast and become serious about your fitness, working with a trainer will get you on your path quicker than you could do by yourself. I would highly recommend working with a trainer. I would also recommend Eduardo specifically to my friends in the Chicago area. Not only is he a knowledgeable trainer but a down to earth personable guy that is willing and able to work with anyone and have fun throughout.
