What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I've worked with consultants before and you never really know what you are going to get. The clients comfort level with me is necessary for me to help them breakthrough to the core of their concerns. Consequently, I always do a 30 minute intro session to determine the effort, expectations and plan for the client before moving forward.
