Rajan was great. I had too much going on and needed someone to manage my rental property. He did a great job, kept everything running smoothly, collected the rent, was responsive when tenants needed something.

Raj is very personable and solid. Not only does he know what he's doing, he's also prompt, responsive and patient. I hired Realty Chicago about two years ago to manage my 6 unit building in Roscoe Village. I worked directly with Raj and did a great job placing tenants. He really knew the best to handle maintenance issues and was very cost conscious. He knew the Chicago Rental Laws and was very responsive to myself and the tenants.

Raj was very helpful in reviewing several properties the fell within or closely next to the guidelines we provided him. Raj was able to provide us with the flexibility to review properties that worked for our application that we would not have originally considered, allowing us to save on our original budget and concurrently increase our overall maximum capacity.

I hired Realty Chicago about a year ago when I moved out of my condo. They were able to rent it out and manage the tenant. I worked directly with Raj who helped to coordinate updates to the unit which was a big help. I highly recommend Realty Chicago.
