Sensei Terrance is an amazing teacher to have even if you're brand new to martial arts. Based on my personal experience he doesn't like to leave anyone behind in a group setting, so I can guarantee everyone will get what he's saying. He's more than willing to give examples if you don't understand something with hands on experience so that makes it even better. Anyone under Sensei Terrance would make it without a doubt.

I've taken Karate before and to be honest, Sensei Terrance teaches a system that's turned Sanuces 4 life. A whole body and mind experience that gives you realistic fighting scenarios and workout that made my previous personal trainers seem lazy.... water break anytime too.Learn to ask tho,lol. I learned the hard way

This class will give you a great work out and self defense skills that are priceless. You will feel confident and amazed by different techniques and skills you will learn. I'm so glad I met and train with Professor Terrance. It has definitely been a life changing experience!
