- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Short answer: We bill based on value Longer answer: Our prices are based on several factors, including the complexity of the work and the time we anticipate it will take to complete the project. We're not the cheapest, but far below the most expensive. We publish pricing online so you're welcome to take a look at our packages on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a virtual consultation to get a feel for what the client is looking for. From there, we gather the client's paperwork and begin working on the project. All of our work goes through a quality control process. For tax returns, once the return has been reviewed and finalized, the client receives a copy to review and approve for submission to the IRS. We have a secure client portal for clients to upload their documents, or they can email/fax them to our office. They can also drop off their paperwork locally and we can scan everything for them. The entire process can be done remotely and securely, with minimum effort from the client.

Bachelors in Accounting with Honors Licensed CPA (Board of Examiners) Member of AICPA Member of IL Society of Accountants Member of Various Accounting Boards and Professional Organizations Beyond education, I have trained under some of the sharpest professional accountants in the U.S.
