Max and his trip were an absolute delight at a surprise birthday party at my home. The music quality was fantastic. The selection of pieces were very enjoyable and spot on. He was easy to work with and he guys were all very cordial and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!Dec 7, 2017
Highly recommended. Max has plenty of musical knowledge and knows how to pass it along in a way students can understand. He's an effective, enthusiastic, encouraging teacher, and an all-around good guy. He's serious about his craft, yet still calm, cool, and relaxed. Take your sax playing to the Max.Dec 3, 2017
Max was very positive and supportive teacher. I really appreciated that he took what I wanted to improve on and found things that would help me with thatNov 19, 2017
We really enjoyed having Maxwell and his band at our holiday party every year since 2014. They played all the songs we requested and kept their performance at a reasonable volume.Nov 16, 2017
This was by far one of the best performances I have seen in my whole life and it was right in my backyard! We had Max for the first time in this October and we will certainly be giving him a call again for our next gathering.Nov 12, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Gigs: My rate varies depending on the number of musicians, and hours desired as well as the commute. I am always happy to give discounts depending on your budget. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Lessons: I charge $50 for a one hour lesson and $30 for a half an hour. If you prefer a house call I also add a small fee depending on the commute.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Gigs: I take a sincere interest in the type of event you are trying to put on and crafting my entertainment accordingly. We love requests! _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Lessons: I believe that a student’s unique musical goals should dictate the lesson’s content: My students practice what interests them most! My aim is to provide them with the technical facility required to accomplish their art and improve the efficiency of their practice routine. On our first lesson I try to spend as much time as I can getting to know the individual student and the goals that they have for our time together. Then I plan the lessons accordingly.
