- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on working with new owners as well as seasoned owners. Our pricing fits your needs, now ours. The pricing for the industry ranges from 6-10% of the gross monthly rental income. We follow that standard, but is some cases, we will do a per door charge or flat fee, it just depends on the property and the work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being in Real Estate for many years as a Broker, I have seen all sorts of circumstances. Therefore, I do my best to take my customer through the management process with ease and answer all there questions and bring some possible tenant scenarios to their attention. In doing this, we make sure that our responses are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Managing Broker, I have 15 years in Real Estate, my team and I have a combination of Property Management certifications, Leasing Licensing, Community volunteer/involvement and life experiences. CIC is one of the Property Management Certifications we hold along with Receivership certification with the City of Chicago.
