- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I always do with new customers is clearly establish what their long-term and short-term goals are for a project. Typically, there are many different options for marketing your brand or promoting a project and the more information I have about your goals (and your audience's goals) the better strategy I can put in place.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've worked at multiple organizations in marketing and communications roles where I've helped promote projects locally and nationally, develop social media audiences for new brands, grow audiences for established brands and produce wholistic content strategies that serve an organization's mission and goals.
