FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very fair, I want my customers to know they can get what they need without having to spend an arm and leg and still be very happy with their choice. When I arrive to a customer's house my goal is to educate them and let them know the price I give is the best way to save money with the repair I recommend and most of all after the repair is done your plumbing system will be working in much better shape.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer I like them to get to know me I'm happy to always show my work I have several pictures and a portfolio. I have a lot of education and can talk about plumbing all day. Best of all is my maintenance agreement contracts, this shows customers the benefits of being a maintenance agreement customer you can save money and be up to par with the best plumbing systems around because I am always educating myself on the latest and greatest news or new technology.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate from the PHCC program which is a plumbing school out of Sacramento it was a four-year trade school with on-the-job training.
