Sensible Staging & Design is available for a variety of design projects, large and small. I charge each full project on an hourly basis, at $65 per hour. This includes drawings, space planning, furniture and finish selections and purchasing, color selections, meetings and installations. I bill twice monthly, on the 15th and 30th. Home Staging and Styling Staging a home on the market is often the easiest way to give a space a facelift without breaking the bank. But home staging isn’t only reserved form homes for sale. Often times a homeowner has wonderful accessories and existing furnishings but just needs them styled and rearranged to make the ideal impact. These types of projects will be billed by the hour. One-time Design Consultations For clients that would like to have a one-time design consultation on their project, Sensible Staging & Design can accommodate that as well. This consultation is perfect for color selection, space planning, gallery wall layouts, or clients who just need a starting point for their project to complete on their own. This consultation generally lasts 1 ½ hours and is payable at the time of the visit at a rate of $150.
