- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate negotiable for larger/multiple projects. Estimate hours of completion will only be subject to going over that estimate if scope of project has changed. No surprise fees. Efficient, smart design to meet your goals within the aligned budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss needs and goals for the project. Evaluate client preferences to ensure design proposals are aligned and meet expectations. Edits are always expected in the process. We can complete the edits live over skype or the phone or communicate via email. Once we have approved materials final files are provided in open file as well as exported formats you may need (PDF, jpg, etc).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the in-house creative/designer for a large global organization for over 12 years. I moved on to manage agencies, creatives and design projects beyond that role for many years. I currently direct the global communications for several brands and freelance design projects during periods I am not traveling outside of the country.. Bachelors degree: BA, Marketing. Masters: Organization Leadership, Nonprofits PMP
