- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is more than fair. We are small and have very little overhead, therefore we pass the savings on to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly we give free estimates. We generally talk on the phone about the job. Set a date to look at the work needing done. I call before I show up even though a time has been established. I get to their home introduce myself and we look at the job. Depending on what needs done I generally can give a free estimate on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of on the job training and experience. We are EPA certified, insured and bonded.
