I had high cholesterol numbers 4 years ago, mostly because of "busy lifestyle"....poor diet and little exercise. I decided that instead of going on medication that I would try getting with a personal trainer. I worked with a couple of trainers and made some progress, then I met Bobby. His "push" has taken me to a level that I would have never imagined a couple of years ago. His positive attitude is contagious, especially on days that I need that extra kick. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and will push you! If you're looking for a trainer to "go thru the motions", he's probably not the right guy. However, if you're looking for a trainer who is committed to excellence and will push you to levels you wouldn't otherwise reach, you owe it to yourself to work with Bobby Davis. Jeff H

After multiple rounds of P90x, tap out, etc. I felt like I was going sideways. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and go to the next level. Bobby's workouts, structure and motivation have given me results I was not getting before. The relationship is priceless. We recently added a personalized food strategy that has yielded more results. The workouts are efficient with tons of variety and just a blast!

Bobby has been my trainer for 2+ years and I've seen so much more muscle definition than any other trainer or workout routine. He's always mixing things up to keep them interesting and is very positive and motivational. I highly recommend Bobby, he's great to work with.

Bobby really is the best trainer I have ever had. We have been working together for a few years now and the results are unbelievable. I've never felt stronger or firmer. He listens to my body and pushes me to an appropriate level. He's so encouraging and educates me along the way with diet and exercise suggestions for in-between sessions. I would highly recommend him for anyone. He's totally changed my body and most importantly, the way my clothes fit! ; )
