- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We meet with the homeowner to discuss any specific needs that they might have and walk them through how we handle the entire process, making each project a pleasant and straightforward experience. We throughly describe how we're going to tackle each intricacy a job might have before mentioning a price. We typically offer monthly promotional offers as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we offer them an estimated bid on Thumbtack. Then we set up a good time for a manager to meet with them, discuss their job and give a final quote. We will always show up on time to our estimates at the homeowners connivence. We then work around the homeowner's schedule to complete the job to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our members excel at what they do with 10+ years experience each in the field. Our crews are always courteous, clean and respectful. When we interact with our customers we work to build lasting relationships, not just collect a check.
