- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no standard pricing. Our price will reflect what our client's ability is to pay. In some instances, that is nothing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning their idea of what their business is going to solve. I want to know who is their primary target market, and why? I want to know about competitors. I want to know how they are marketing their product or services today. I also want to understand the entire sales process. This is typically performed on site in an hour meeting, that is a free consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA and a MBA. The last years of my formal career were spent as a VP in a F 500 company. I have been a business consultant since 2012 and my door is still open. I am sensitive to peoples feelings, but I always provide my best advise, even at the risk of my client becoming upset.
