We offer the most competitive rates for Property Management services in Cincinnati.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We identify the highest and most competitive rates that our clients homes can rent for in that given area. We then take care of marketing, advertising, tenant screening, tenant showings, background checks, credit checks, and take the new tenant fully through the move-in process. We also require a pre-move in inspection to be performed. Once we place a tenant, we then manage all maintenance requests and collect rent moving forward.

We are fully licensed in the state of Ohio to manage properties.
