Introduction: I began my journey in traditional TaeKwonDo. I studied It for about 8 years, received my 2nd degree Black Belt, and did many competitions throughout my TKD career.
I then began training Kung Fu and am a 3rd Degree black belt (holding the title of Sifu) in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and Southern Five Animals styles and also teach Taiji (tai chi), joint locks, qigong, and more. I am an international competitor and have coached several of other international competitors.
I began cross training in boxing and BJJ and also teach general self-defense and boxing as a part of a more general curriculum.
I teach private lessons, self-defense seminars, and group classes!
In regards to my self-defense seminars, I am experienced in doing specialty women's self-defense sessions for corporate offices, sororities, and have also taught some mother-daughter classes! I offer other seminars also that are not just exclusive to women, but just wanted to give some examples of what I've done in the past!
I also have experience teaching students of special needs. Martial arts is a great way to train your mind and body.
I have 20+ years of experience, 15+ years of teaching experience, teach students of all sex and ages (starting at age 4), and will make sure to create a curriculum that fits your needs!
