Original plan was to have a 400 sqft concrete pad/driveway extension constructed next to our existing garage for an RV trailer we had just purchased. We contacted several contractors. Some said they would meet with me to discuss the job but failed to show up. Others just replied with verbal bids ranging by 30% and included no details. From CHCEC we received a written bid stating the cost, method of construction, finishing details, and specifics related to clean up after completion of the job. At my request, Calvin Hall from CHCEC came to our home to view the job site and discuss necessary modifications of the plans and price. All was well. Unfortunately, just days before the job was to start, we were forced to cancel our project due to a neighborhood issue that arose. Although Calvin was disappointed at the news, he was both gracious and understanding. Even though I am unable to attest to construction work done by CHCEC, I remain very impressed by Calvin. Every time I met with or spoke with him on the phone, he displayed professionalism, was always courteous, responsive, suggestive of options, and open to my ideas/opinions. I am certain that if in the future we have another project, CHCEC will definitely be at the top of our (short) list of contractors. Thank you Calvin. It was a pleasure working with you. I hope your business thrives!

Calvin and his team are really great! They were prompt, affordable, and kept me informed as to the progress. When an issue unrelated to their work came up, they were promptly out to my house to fix it. I highly recommend them.

BRAVO and a excellent job was done by Calvin and his company.Some of the neighbors stopped by to check out the concrete job, and thought it was very good work that was done.We felt the price was reasonable . It did not take long for the job to be finished .Hopefully, we can get the driveway done this time next year by CHCEC Construction LLC.Also, I liked the idea that Calvin stopped by or called, checking on any questions are concerns while the work was being done.BRAVO
