- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150 first biofeedback scan. $85 each one after. Personal training prices vary with number of session purchased. ($50-80/hour) Personal Meal plan vary. one time gerneric meal plan guide $45 - or monthly one-on-one specialized meal planning $112/mo
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation, get to know clients needs, what they have tried in the pass, what has worked or didn't work , and why and what their goals are. Then we dive into what is going on with their specific situation. I structure their support with their need to reach their goals. This is where we talk about their diet/nutrition, exercise and other recommendations. I offer on going support both on-line and in person if needed. And I capture their success story :)

20 years of Certified Personal Training and Group fitness with National Exercise Training Association. College degree in Exercise science. Half way through by Masters in Holistic Nutrition. Certified Biofeedback therapist IFPA Professional Bodybuilder CPR and AED certified Pilates Reformers certified
