Introduction: I specialize in both 3D interior residential renderings using Chief Architect as well as website design using SquareSpace. 3D renderings: I love working with homeowners to create a space that is both functional as well as a reflection of their family and lifestyle. Pam did an awesome job on our project! She designed a large upstairs remodel. Pam came up with a beautiful design. The value far exceeds the cost. Saving time and money by partnering on the design, I was able to handover my design directly to my contractor for my design and layout vision. I’m very pleased with the new kitchen and would highly recommend FDS!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work at an hourly rate of $40 with a flat rate starting at $300. You have the option to have us come to your home to see your space and style in person for a $100 trip fee, or for more cost efficient services, you can send us your 2D space plans electronically. Edits and changes are done at an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process: •Initial consultation •Project quote and contract •You will be asked to gather design ideas and styles that speak to you and your space. Images will be used as references only. •Design phase •Review of the design and possible request for edits and/or changes •Final images are provided
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the remodeling and construction field for a number of years. A few years ago I made the decision to branch out and focus on the architectural design and rendering aspect of remodeling and did my training directly through Chief Architect. I also old a Master of Arts from St. Catherine's University in St. Paul, MN.
