- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cheapest bid is not always the best deal. I try to have our bids as accurate as possible so there won't be a lot of extras or charge orders
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer, look over the project to determine what is wanted and what is possible. We then work on a budget and timeframe and see if we can reach an agreement.
