I Had no idea how this process was going to go or even where it began. Cory and Devin were quick and precise to answer questions, customer service minded, and most important present throughout the process. Attention to detail, pride in their finished product, and contact availability makes them 5 stars in my review of their operations.
A couple of specific things that stand out:
1. Met with the adjuster and climbed ontop of the roof with the adjuster to ensure everything was looked at appropriately and helped to identify all damage.
2. Brought the paperwork to me for contract signature and ensured I understood not only their paperwork but the documents the insurance company sent to me.
3. Ensured the wife was happy with shingle color as she went back and forth undecided. To include dropping the sample book off during off hours at our request.
4. Followed up each day of the project checking on progress and workmanship.
5. Kept me and my family informed of when the project would happen (the weather was not cooperative) and what we could expect.
6. The roofing crew did and excellent job of clean up and keeping a groomed work area during an over night project. They were efficient and the work is superb. The roof looks brilliant, everything is trimmed, cleaned, and neat.
It has been my experience over recent years that customer service is lacking in several areas of commerce. I feel it is important that I express my sincere satisfaction in relation to Big Timber Roofing's attention to the customer and a quality finished product.

The crew from Big Timber Roofing made the experience of buying a new roof simple. They were extremely professional and courteous. All appointments were on time which made it great for a person with a busy schedule. The finished product looks amazing and they did a great job making it look like they had never even been here. If you're in the market for a new roof, give these guys a call. You want regret it!
