John and his helper TY's work for me yesterday was refreshing after recently dealing with other appliance installers who were no shows and arrogant. John showed his metal for a particularly difficult installation that most would not have attempted. John went the extra mile to ensure it was perfect. As to value, the price quoted was highly competitive to the market. But, at the end of the installation, I gave him more because of his work ethic, quality and my overall appreciation of his skills. Would I hire him again? Absolutely! Would I ever consider others for an install instead of John? NO! So, bottom line, hire John.

Overall did a good job. Helped me with a couple of installations at a very short notice. For one install I didn’t have the directions and it was a little complicated, but he was patient with me in figuring it out. Would book again.

My wife and I hired John to install some major kitchen appliances after the company Lowes contracted to do the work did the no call/no show. In this miraculous time of multiple, instantly available communication options, there is zero excuse to not communicate in a timely manner. Crume Installations could take some customer service lessons from John. John was VERY quick to respond through the Thumbtack app and was/is a great communicator. He and his helper, Todd, showed up on time and immediately got to work. They did the work with great attention to detail and were quick to solve any problems that arose during the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, they'll be coming back to install our 48" range hood and complete the dishwasher install that required a new decorative panel that won't be here for a few more weeks.

John is amazing! Very friendly and talented. He can tackle any home improvements you have on your to-do list. We needed a microwave installed, faucets changed in all of our bathrooms and a few other projects. John recommended replacing a pedestal sink with a vanity in our small 1/2 bath. It transformed the bathroom ( yay, some storage!) and we are very pleased! ( see pics) In addition to taking on any project, John’s specialty is kitchen and bathroom renovations. He does it all!! We highly recommend John for any home improvements you may have!
