- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the new customer with an initial quote and leave our phone number to contact with new customer to go over their initial needs. The next step is to verbally agree on a quote based on initial discussion and set up a site inspection. At the site inspection we discuss with the customer the options available and agree on option that suits the customer's needs and proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BBA 7 years experience in Construction and home remodeling. 5 years Gas and Wood burning fireplace sales, installation and service 3 years apprentice working with a licensed builder. 3 years experience in contracting 3 years painting experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I initially started doing home improvements on my first home purchase 20 years ago. More recently, and house and kids later, I work with a good friend who is a licensed residential builder for the last 3 years and do downtime jobs on Thumbtack.
