- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, everything is straight out of the book. Free quotes. I price everything upfront so that there are no surprises. All of my work is under a 1 year warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer and go over the work they want/need to be performed. give a upfront price and thoroughly explained the process of fixing the problem and or installing whatever the customer is wanting to be installed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2 year trade school. along with years of experience.
