Jim is amazing at what he does. I needed a handyman for a variety of odd jobs, including sanding, mounting a TV, and installing ceiling hooks for a clothing project (see attached photo). Jim and his partner were easy to communicate with, punctual, and very friendly. I will be reaching out to Jim in the future for my handyman needs. Thanks, Jim!

Jim and his team did an excellent job on our deck floor restoration. We recently moved into a 9 year old home and the deck flooring had some significant rot. They tore out the old deck and replaced it with composite material. They were punctual, professional, and finished the job quickly leaving us with a beautiful space to enjoy our backyard. Excellent craftsmanship.

It is a pleasure meeting Jim, Zach and the crew. First they are professional, the quality of their work is outstanding. They explained everything they were going to do, and delivered! I went from wobbling patio stairs to solid professionally done stairs, that are straight, strong and well made. They arrived at 8:30am and were done by 1pm. I would highly recommend them. They are very reasonably priced, and left everything as if they were never there. True craftsmanship with there corner cuts, and build. Here are some before and after pics. Next project that comes around I know who I would call “Jim’s Carpentey and Remodeling”. You won’t go wrong.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really need to see the project in order to give an exact price. My rate ranges from $20 to $40 per hour depending on the complexity of the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them to see what they are looking to do. Then I give them additional ideas if requested. I alway want to have a clear process of what will be the steps I will follow to completing the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in construction and have my construction supervisor license.
