Excellent plumber and business. I highly recommend Coats. They installed a new toilet, hauled off the old one, repaired my shower and unstopped a drain at a very reasonable price. I will use them again.

As a licensed NCGC, I have hired bunches of plumbers over the years. James Coats is the model of a good plumbing company. He had the right tools and parts for the job, showed up early, was clean, and made an excellent repair for a great price. I specifically look for small companies that don't rely on subbing out their work to the next plumber in line. James did the work personally, and I will use him for my plumbing needs in the future
