Zach, came and checked out my AV situation. Guided me on what I needed....and even went out of his way to find some stuff on amazon to recommend. When he did the install he showed up, did the work quickly and didn't leave until all of my questions were answered and the system was working. Now I have an awesome surround sound situation and didn't spend as much money as others had recommended! (Zach told me I didn't need the highest end stuff for my set up). Would definately recommend for any AV needs. And if I need any other AV stuff done I will be contacting him.
