I hired AdvantaClean in to clean my dryer vent, they arrived on time, they were careful moving the dryer, did an excellent job of cleaning out the entire vent pipe and area behind the dryer. They were very courteous and professional -highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
AdvantaClean does have standard pricing for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. All mold and emergency water removal services will need to be quoted after an on site visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All calls are received either by myself or a customer service professional. We thoroughly review the customers concerns and then schedule an appointment at the property or schedule the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the State of Florida as a Mold Remediator and a Mold Assessor. AdvantaClean is also licensed by the State of Florida as a HVAC contractor. I am NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) certified and also qualify as a Ventilation System Mold Remediator. I am also certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration. AdvantaClean is also certified by the EPA as a Lead safe certified firm.
