- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the job what needs to be done and how often. For example the first clean always takes the longest your new to the residence and you don't know what your walking into. After the first clean my price usually goes down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a meet and greet whether it's the day of the scheduled clean or another day so that there is open communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Bryant & Stratton for business and have worked for two hotels and four cleaning companies and one individual that cleans on her own. I have learned a lot in these years that's for sure.
