- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what stage they are in, if they have an outdated resume, a draft resume or have not started. If they have a resume that is either a draft or outdated I ask them to email it to me and from there I review, revise, make suggestions and add current experience to them. If the client needs a cover letter I ask for a sample position they would like to apply to and create a cover letter that can easily be adjusted to fit different jobs and companies.

I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Dayton.
