- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer and discuss the project at hand. We adjust our quote based on an inspection. Price can go up or down depending upon inspection results. After inspection and revised quote, quote will be locked in and unchanged. We prefer cash, however, after consistent business, we may accept personal checks. ($35 fee for bounced checks) Seasonal specials. Current special! 10% off Spring cleaning April 1st to June 1st for new clients (with the code 12B4DA). 15% off first cleaning for new recurring customers! Specials are updated periodically.
