I have a bedroom house that holds five people and 2 dogs with little to zero time time clean most of the time. After I hired Clever Cleaning I almost did not recognize my house. Absolutely amazing she's extremely nice and very professional. She understood completely on what standards my place needed to be cleaned to and she went above and beyond what I expected. I haven't seen my place this clean since I moved in. Best service by far at a more than reasonable price. My business as far as having my place cleaned is now in her hands from here on out!

Services were not as described. The carpet was not well vacuumed (I had to re-do), the tile was not well swept (I had to re-do), my husband had to finish cleaning the fridge, and none of the windows were cleaned as she stated she would do. I called to give her the opportunity to correct the issue, and she apologized and we set up a day/time for her to come back and fix it. However, she never showed, and when I called to see if maybe she was running late, the gentlemen who answered said she was unavailable and would give her a message. No attempt on her end has since been made to contact me, and she did cash the check. I've never seen someone have you pay for a professional cleaning, and then do a worse job than I could have myself. The reason we paid for someone to come out to clean was because we didn't have the time to do it well. But it wasn't done well anyways. A waste of money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer and discuss the project at hand. We adjust our quote based on an inspection. Price can go up or down depending upon inspection results. After inspection and revised quote, quote will be locked in and unchanged. We prefer cash, however, after consistent business, we may accept personal checks. ($35 fee for bounced checks) Seasonal specials. Current special! 10% off Spring cleaning April 1st to June 1st for new clients (with the code 12B4DA). 15% off first cleaning for new recurring customers! Specials are updated periodically.
