- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $25 per hour. I offer discounts for elderly, disabled, and low income/fixed income families. Everyone deserves a clean home... no matter the income. For a limited time only; get four hours of cleaning for the price of three! Hurry! This offer isn't going to last long!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a simple questionnaire that is completely confidential. It asks questions about your normal cleaning process and what you would like to see done around your home. I then take the information and put it in a binder that only I have access to so that I can always refer back to it. I like to deep clean the first time I clean a home. It helps me get a better feel for just how long a maintenance clean will take but I will always give an estimate before I ever start.

I've spent the last 16-17 years cleaning private residences, hotels, motels, and commercial properties.
