I found Charles Interior online via Houzz.com and hired them to design/decorate a small guestroom. I wanted to maximize the space and make it a functional guestroom versus a "junk" room. They delivered beyond my expectations. It's been an absolute pleasure working with Shira and Justyna. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They had me review everything prior to purchasing. I told them what I was looking for and allowed them creative license to make the most of the space. It now doubles as a guestroom and a work space for me when I have to work from home. It's beautifully decorated and my new favorite room in the house! I can't wait to hire them for other projects!

We've worked with Shira, from Charles Interior on a number of jobs and are endlessly impressed by her ability to adapt to different needs, budgets and spaces. Very unique design perspectives that tend to be simplistic and complex at the same time but always look amazing in the end. A pleasure to work with in general and a huge asset specifically with real estate investment properties, turning them around into what will maximize the space and attract clientele. New on the scene but highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our projects across the US are generally project based and not hourly fees, however, we offer both. We start the process with a $325 consultation to assess your project and needs. Once we have assessed the scope of the project, we submit a proposal and explanation of what the project and timeline would look like. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to get a feel of your space, personality and needs. Once we have that, we discuss the process and expectations to move forward.
