Her company, Cook-Life Inc., has developed recipes and restaurant concepts for Nestle Colombia, Amy's Bread Bakery, Syracuse University, Sony, Citrico Inc, Pratt Institute, Russia's TV One, Onda de Mar, Malandelas Farmhouse Restaurant and House on Fire in Swaziland, Africa.
