- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not work by the hour. I'll get the job. I can suggest the type of product that is more. efficient and makes me save more product, however I use the products of the client. Assin makes it easier to achieve the satisfaction of every taste of each customer. Also for the sake of safety, when the customer buys the product he already knows if any family member is allergic. so I will never have problems with customers who have allergies to some product, some smell. So about my fees, I try to have a very competitive prices, but we can talk about prices!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer is always a new experience. In the first job I always take more time, because I need to know the details and tastes of the client, the recommendations. I really like it that I always do more than the customer expects. I always have grateful and happy customers for my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Time! Long time cleaning houses, offices. Whit diferentes clientes and cultura.
