- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Special Events - Includes Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Reunions, Anniversaries, Graduations, Bridal Parties, Etc. - Prices: starts at $2500 and includes planning, coordination, design & decor !! Weddings - Consulting Package: $45 per hour - Elopement/Intimate Package: starts at $1500 - Day-of Coordination Package: starts at $1000 - Partial Planning Package: starts at $3700 - Full Planning Service Package: starts at $5500 20% Off ALL Off-Peak Season Weddings and Events (November 15 - March 15)! Additional charges may apply, depending on the size and complexity of the wedding, and if the ceremony and reception are at different locations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation either in person or over the phone so that I can get a feel for your needs and wants. Also, I want us to become comfortable with each other. I want to build respectable relationships with the people that are trusting me with one of the biggest days of their lives. If we are a "perfect match", I email my clients a copy of my contract so they can look it over. I temporarily block that day off for 3 days to give them time to decide. Once the contract is signed, by both parties and myself, and the retainer payment has been, I start working on their event!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the New York Institute of Art and Design and studied Wedding and Events Planning. I also worked for a big law firm in Washington, DC providing them Hospitality Event Services and now I'm currently a Catering Supervisor at Catering by Uptown in Beltsville, MD.
