Introduction: We are a locally owned Custom Installation Home Electronics store. We have been in business since 1999. We are able to give you a more personal service experience than our big box store competitors, and at the same time we are also capable of selling the equipment at the same prices as our big box store competitors. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on a time and material price of $125 per hour for one man and $200 per hour for a 2 man team plus materials. We price match with all other authorized dealers. Same price or better than "Big Box Stores"
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally start with a free in home consultation where we can decide what types of projects we can help with, whether it be TV hangs, Home Theater System install, Distributed Audio and Video, Wireless Networking improvements, Cell phone booster systems, surveillance camera installations, and/or Home Automation Products that include Lighting control, HVAC control, Motorized shades, security system integration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all go through factory training's for the products we sell. We are taught how to install and program the equipment. We are also industry trained by CEDIA organization for sales and installation services.
