- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New customers receive a discount for initial lawn care service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This process would include first meeting the customer and listening to their needs. I would then walk the customer through the entire process explaining how the job will get done. Once agreed by all parties the quote is given and date of start-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked thirty years serving the public and received various training methods and/or training to better help the customer.
