Figuring out the customers goals, then creating a detailed plan geared specifically for them to reach their desired goals.

I'm a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. I'm also an experienced competitive martial artist and Men's Physique competitor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A life time of athletics sparked my interest in health and fitness, combined with my desire to help others.
