Introduction: Practicing physical yogic exercises helps practitioners to become aware of the link between the body and the mind. The yoga that I teach is very geared toward bringing more consciousness, or awareness, to each pose. As you become more and more conscious in each position, this greater awareness also manifests in day to day life.
Smiling faces is what I enjoy most about what I do. Lives can be very busy and if I can be involved in helping individuals to experience moments of peace, I am overjoyed.
